Altius Building Company is providing Development Integration and Construction Management services for this new multifamily development located along the bustling I-94 corridor in Oak Creek. Our Development Integration services encompass: site evaluation, feasibility study, and project approval, preliminary site design, due diligence review, schedule and phase development, financial modeling, loan package preparation, development project management, closing coordination and post closing project management.

The new development includes four new buildings, a clubhouse, underground parking, above ground parking, stepped water feature/splash-pad, playground, fire pit, dog park, bocce courts and outdoor fitness center. Two, two-story buildings including townhouses will flank the North and South sides of the development and will include nine units each. Two, three-story multifamily buildings will be at the center of the development and will include 50 units each. The unit mix includes a range of one – three bedrooms with access to a connecting underground parking garage (160 stalls) with car wash station. An additional 90 surface parking stalls are also planned for the site.
