Drawing on his broad background of over 19 years of experience, which includes all facets of construction, Scott manages the operations of the company and oversees each project team. Clients seek his personable demeanor and have come to rely on Scott for a winning combination of sophistication, cost structure, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Scott holds a B.S. in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He also holds a LEED AP BD + C certification and is a Certified Professional Constructor (Level 1AC) from the American Institute of Constructors. He also serves on the Froedtert & MCW Digestive Disease Board.
As CFO, Shawn is responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve assets and report accurate results. Shawn supervises the company’s internal accounting team and creates financial reports, maintains accounting records, and establishes a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, and enhance the accuracy of the company’s financial’s.
After starting his Milwaukee-based career in architecture and design, Darren’s 25-year career has afforded him a diverse level of experience within the architecture, construction, and real estate space. Having trained his focus in owners’ representation, project management and design development, he relies heavily on his postgraduate training having delivered more than $100M in construction for the financial, data security, communications, hospitality, and executive residential sectors.
Darren holds a master’s degree in architecture from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at UW-Milwaukee. An alumnus of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s “40 under 40” class of 2013, he is also humbled to be a past president (2020-2021) of the Rotary Club of Milwaukee.
