New medical campus for the largest independent orthopaedic group in Wisconsin. Project includes a 36,822 SF clinic and medical office facility (MRI and radiology suites, exam rooms, offices and ancillary facilities); a 24,563 SF surgery center (4 operating suites and recovery rooms); 9,950 SF for a physical therapy clinic; 14,826 SF underground parking, mechanicals and storage space (records storage, staff lockers, breakroom, etc.). The fast-track project was completed in 11 months.
