Washington County Humane Society

The Washington County Humane Society planned a four-phased project to remodel and expand its footprint. These phases include the selective demolition of the existing facility and the construction of a new one-story facility. Altius Building Company was the CM Advisor for Phases 2-4. These phases also included site clearing and grading, utility work, paving, and landscaping. Concrete foundations, precast wall panels, a flat roof structure with membrane roofing, storefront, and interior finishes are all included in the build. Features include a dog run, classrooms, kitchen, offices, lobby, retail area, and storage.
