GreenLink Residences

F Street Development Group engaged Altius Building Company to manage the construction of this new multi-family development in Brown Deer. After the Village’s Department of Public Works vacated their former operations, F Street Development Group identified the site for additional housing within the Village. The Greenlink Apartments redevelopment includes the complete demolition of the existing DPW building as well as new construction of three new buildings. The buildings will feature a clubhouse and beer garden as well as two, three-story multi-family buildings all within the heart of the original downtown village.
