The five-acre site houses the new St. Francis Civic Center, which includes the police station, city hall, historical society and fire station and is a central part of the community. The space is also used for administrative and patrol, detainee and evidence processing, investigations, and contains a full municipal court. The fire station also houses four pull-through apparatus bays, training rooms, fitness center, staff and intern bunk rooms.
This fast-track construction schedule required intense planning, coordination, and communication. Despite the challenges, the project was completed on time and was acknowledged by St. Francis’ Mayor who said it was “an honor and privilege to work with the team.”
