Physicians Realty Trust

This headquarters’ office buildout is located within a historic building in Downtown Milwaukee. Physicians Realty Trust, a healthcare real estate investment fund manager, sought renovated space within the marketplace. The interior was designed to integrate modern elements while expressing hints of the past. A challenge for the construction team was to perfect every element as the office structure included full open exposure with no ceilings. Close attention to detail allowed the team to successfully achieve the design vision that included upscale amenities and integrated technology. Phase I of the project was completed on a fast-track schedule.
