Mitchell Manor

This new three-level wood frame assisted living facility for Meadowmere includes 61 units and is connected by an enclosed walkway to Mitchell Manor, a 74-bed nursing home and a 62-bed group home. This facility offers its residents a five-star hospitality experience allowing for a range of activities and interaction. The high-pitched gable roofing reflects the architecture of the historic Mitchell Mansion on the property. Common areas include a reception lobby, media room, solarium, activity room, two dining rooms, private dining room/grandma’s kitchen, wait station and warm-up kitchen, exercise room, country store, beauty/barber shop, medical examination room and library.

Altius Building Company also completed a single-story Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) attached to the existing Mitchell Manor complex for Premiere Care Centers. The facility includes 20 beds and nursing stations, common areas, an elevator addition, and garage expansion.
