Altius Building Company is providing Development Integration and Construction Management services for this mixed-use project located to the north of Galleria West in Brookfield. Our Development Integration services encompass site evaluation, feasibility study, zoning and project approval, preliminary site design, due diligence review, schedule and phase development, financial modeling and loan package preparation. The existing mixed-use building is home to a bakery, offices and apartments. The existing commercial spaces and apartments will be renovated and a new three-story, wood frame building will be constructed directly behind including 24 luxury apartments. The luxury apartments will feature one and two – bedroom units, high level finishes, car-wash station, private decks, key-less entry, delivery lockers, underground parking and are pet-friendly. A 40 KW solar array will also be installed on the rooftop.
