Altius Building Company provided Development Integration and Construction Management services for this mixed-use project located to the north of Galleria West in Brookfield. Our Development Integration services encompassed: site evaluation, feasibility study, and project approval, preliminary site design, due diligence review, schedule and phase development, financial modeling, loan package preparation, development project management, closing coordination and post closing project management. The existing mixed-use building is home to a bakery, offices and apartments. The existing building was renovated and a new three-story, wood frame building was constructed directly behind it including 24 luxury apartments. The luxury apartments feature one and two bedroom units, high-level finishes, private decks, key-less entry, electric car chargers, delivery lockers, underground parking, on-site fitness room, a community room and deck. This development is pet-friendly. A 40 KW solar array installed on the rooftop produces clean energy.
