Will Rose Luxury Apartments Phase Two

The first phase of the Will Rose Luxury Apartment development consisted of one, 51-unit contemporary styled building that includes large spacious apartment units, a community room, bountiful balconies and ground level and low roof area patios.

Phase two of the project is under construction now and will include a sister building with an additional 45 units on the east end of the property. Building B mirrors phase one in architectural style encompassing three stories with a mix of one and two bedroom units, common space and lower level parking. The building is wood-framed construction and includes 103 parking stalls. The second and third floors also feature core lounge spaces for residents.
