Altius Building Company provided construction management services for this new office and factory located on a 12-acre site. The two-story, open-gambrel roof and cedar-sided building is approximately 95,000 square feet including an office area of 9,000 square feet, a complete production area, and an area for finishing projects. The design has built-in flexibility allowing for future expansion of the facility.
