Holton Brothers

Altius Building Company provided construction management services for the construction of a new single-story office and warehouse/shop building for Holton Brothers, a commercial masonry contractor. This new building serves as their new headquarters. The office portion of the building is approximately 4,250 square feet and the warehouse and shop area with mezzanine occupies the building’s remaining 14,550 square feet. Site work involved grading, construction of a storm water management basin, asphalt paved drives and parking areas, curbs and walks, landscaping and utility work.
