Shorehaven Health & Wellness Center

Altius Building Company completed a few projects on the Shorehaven Campus in Oconomowoc. One project completed was a new addition that transformed the facility by creating a focal point and new central entrance. First floor amenities include a reception area and gift shop. On the second floor, an activity center and volunteer gathering space comprise the area. The third floor has a large outdoor terrace as well as interior extension for the existing chapel and chaplain’s office. On the exterior, site improvements included a new parking lot and outdoor landscaping.

The new Wellness Center and Residence addition phase of Shorehaven was completed in 2017. It included a pool, fitness area, a new commons building, an expansive dining area, pub, and activity areas. There are 47 new catered living apartments on three floors with one level of underground parking. This extensive project required detailed planning, preparation, and constant communication with not only the crew but the community, as residents were living on-site during the entire construction project and was located near a lake.
