HarborChase of Shorewood

Altius Building Company was proud to be part of the HarborChase of Shorewood project, a new senior living community. This facility included a 59-unit assisted living residence (residential care apartment complex – RCAC) with underground parking and a 35-unit, single-story memory care facility (community-based residential facility – CBRF). Connecting the two buildings is a large commons area that provides multiple dining options, a fitness/wellness facility, staff offices, outdoor courtyards, activity areas, a commercial salon open to the public, as well as multi-purpose rooms.
