The Yards

As a result of the overwhelming success of The Quin Apartments, the team reconvened to work on a second project of two sister projects, The Yards. Just across the street from the first project, The Yards stands five stories high with 86 one and two-bedroom apartments. The Yards boasts the same modern feel of its sister project, The Quin, with amenities including a second story rooftop deck, a balcony for each unit, a fitness center, a dog walking area, and commercial space on the first floor.
