With over 20 years experience, Shawn is heralded as a successful management professional with multi-faceted expertise in creating organizational vision; structuring, closing, and reporting real estate transactions; understanding and consulting on complex, multi-tiered ownership structures; and managing a responsible, accurate, and precise accounting department. Selk has served as guest lecturer for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Lubar School of Business and is recognized as an excellent motivator and communicator with strong client service skills. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

One thing about Shawn that is not widely known is that he is a certified Yoga instructor. After a serious auto accident, Shawn had a calling to the field of Yoga as a form of therapy and healing. As a registered Yoga teacher, Shawn shares the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of the practice with others.
