BizTimes Announces Notable Veteran Executives Class of 2020

It is with great honor that we announce our very own BizTimes Notable Veteran Executive – Kalib Hrbacek (Chief Estimator).

As a U.S. Army Veteran, Kalib Hrbacek is a leader within the construction industry with 16 years of experience and eight years of dedicated service to this country. During his time as a Sergeant, he earned seven awards for his achievements and completed a tour of duty in Afghanistan in 2013. He is a leader/mentor to Veterans through his support as the Vice President of the Nam Knights Brew City Chapter, a non-profit Veteran and Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, which aids Veterans in need. Kalib is also a leadership board member for the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce, who’s main mission it is to improve the business climate for Veterans. He has also started in inaugural Holiday Drive at Altius for the sole purpose of supporting the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UW-Whitewater and has since grown his career starting as a Field Engineer to his most recent promotion to Chief Estimator.  Kalib’s experience as a Foreman, Field Engineer, and Project Manager lends him valuable insight into the building process, making him an extremely effective estimator and great asset on any project.
