Gaslight Building

Altius Building Company renovated and created a 9th floor tenant space improvement for the iconic Gaslight building in Downtown Milwaukee. This historic building is well known for it’s art deco architecture, which was maintained through the renovated space. This project included new HVAC equipment and ductwork. Everything from the walls to the restrooms and elevator lobby received updates. Transoms above the windows were also installed and the centerpiece of the build-out is the 48″ fireplace and wall in the West Lounge of the space.
