Altius Building Company’s John Kinas is Promoted

Altius Building Company recently announced  that John Kinas was promoted to Project Manager.

John is an MSOE graduate with seven plus years of experience. He has worked alongside the Altius team as a Project Engineer on multiple projects ranging from smaller tenant improvement projects to new multi-phase, multi-building, multi-family communities. Since graduating from MSOE, he has been asked to work on a variety of projects ranging in complexity and is mastering the basics, which now coincides with his promotion to Project Manager. His acumen within the industry is just starting to develop and he was also recently accepted into the Class of 2024 Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) NextGen program.

Some of John’s projects include: The Broadacre – Oak Creek, 600 W. Walnut Street, multiple CDI MRI space improvements, The GreenLink Residences and Public House 55, Paladina Health Clinic, SoHi Lofts, Will Rose Luxury Apartments, Washington County Humane Society as well as the State of Wisconsin – State Fair Park Police Renovation.
