Commercial Office Space at National General Insurance Completed!

In January 2020, Altius Building Company completed the National General Insurance Company (NGIC) build-out commercial project.  NGIC’s new office space is located at Milwaukee’s Schlitz Park- Keg House building.  Constructed in 1849, the building itself is affectionally called the “largest brewery in the World” and “The beer that made Milwaukee famous”. Today over 3,000 people work in Schlitz Park.

The entire 11,000 square foot office space required renovation.  Architects, Workplace Strategies Solution designed the space.  After demolition, some improvements included installing new carpeting and tile, adding a sound absorbing acoustical ceiling, along with putting up updated cabinets, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
