Flag at Will Rose Apartments

On November 11th, business was not as usual for the Altius Building Company team at the Will Rose Apartment construction site in Muskego.  To honor Veterans Day, Senior Superintendent, Tom Ungerecht, along with Crane Operator,  Bryan Busch, rose a United States Flag on the job site.

Having two Service Members employed at Altius,  the act of the flag raising was meaningful.   After they placed the flag several community members reached out through phone calls and emails thanking Altius for the lovely sentiment.

This past week,  Muskego resident, Bud H., wanted to give a special gift to the crane operator and extend a sincere “Thank You” to the crew.  Bud mentioned that on the night the flag rose he was surprised and delighted to discover it from his window.  He presented a photo he had taken of the flag that night, along with a warm “Thank You” to the Altius crew.  Bud spoke of his own service as a U.S Marine and showed a special coin he had received while serving.  Thank you, Bud for the thoughtful gift, the city of Muskego for your warm welcome, and our own Servicemen Kalib and Eric!  We are proud to be a part of the Will Rose Apartment Project and the community of Muskego.
