The 2100 Urban Residence

This beautiful HUD guaranteed residential apartment building is located in Wauwatosa’s Mayfair Corridor. The project consists of two floors of underground parking (119 stalls) with four levels of one and two-bedroom homes, totaling 97 units. Luxury finishes, large windows overlooking the City of Milwaukee skyline, and lush landscaping add to the charm. Property line challenges were the driving force of the fast-paced schedule. Altius managed the logistics of the entire project around the concept of zero on-site storage and timely delivery processes. All tradework had an extra level of scheduling and coordination to ensure it was staffed and equipped appropriately on site. Due to the hard work and dedication of the team, this project exceeded the requirement of LEED certification by two tiers and was awarded a LEED Gold status.
