Hanson Dodge Creative/Mercantile Building

This project encompassed the exterior and interior renovations for this historic four-story Mercantile Building in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. The space consists of large, open space offices on the second and third floors. Available retail space has been built on the first floor. The new entrance features a dramatic 36 foot high atrium with large windows cut into the building’s two-foot thick walls.
